The conference starts on December 3rd at 6:00 p.m. with a Welcome Reception in the foyer of the NGP2 building (Forckenbeckstr. 51, 52074 Aachen), which will be accompanied by
interesting activities, possibilities for chatting and networking, as
well as snacks and drinks.
If you are getting to NGP2 building by bus, the closest bus station to the venue is Wendlingweg. For those arriving by car, there are parking lots in front of the NGP2 building, which are free of charge.
When arriving at the Welcome Reception, please get to the registration counter to get your name batch and conference bag.
We will have lab tours taking place at different time slots throughout the evening.
The scientific conference program of the AMK 2024 starts on December 4th at 8:30 a.m. in the Eurogress Aachen (Monheimsallee 48, 52062 Aachen).
On November ​December 4th, there will be a conference dinner in the Coronation Hall of the Town Hall of Aachen at 7:00 p.m.
Besides
the verbal in-between conversations during the conference, you will
have the opportunity to book a meeting room for more confidential
discussions. Please contact us at the registration desk to make a
reservation. Furthermore, we created a Slack Workspace for digital
chatting, general announcements as well as other purposes (job center,
etc.).
